We went to Halong Bay and went to an oyster farm. Once we got off of our boat, we went into a room, and she talked about the oysters ( that part was boring). When we were done with that, we went outside where the oysters were. When she pulled the oysters out of the water, they smelled really bad. The biggest oysters that she pulled up were bigger than my head!\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then we walked over to where they saw if the oysters were alive by seeing if they opened. If they were alive, they would clean them. After, we walked over to where a person would open them up and put some oyster membrane and a pearl like thing. The pearl like thing was made out of the inside of a oyster shell.<\/p>\n

So he put that in the oyster so that the oysters can grow over it and make big real pearls.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then we went up to their shop. We didn’t buy anything. We got back on our boat.<\/p>\n
